The Regent is located only 30 minutes from the Tampa International Airport, tucked away from noisy traffic. This modern ballroom wedding venue is located in Riverview and is ideal for elegant celebrations. With more than 10,000 square feet of luxurious space, 22-foot ceilings, and hardwood floors this space is a dream.
The venue can be divided into two or three suites for whatever your needs are. With a terrace, courtyard, and grand staircase you will have so many options for the most dreamy photo locations.
To make sure your day is as perfect as can be, they do require you to have your wedding catered by a company on their exclusive vendor list. All tables, chairs, and linens will be provided by the venue.
Holding up-to 500 guests for indoor and outdoor events, The Regent has the space for all your needs. Giving you a choice between a ballroom or courtyard ceremony, The Regent offers three wedding packages ranging from $6,250-$8,250. The package you choose will be based on your guest count.
All wedding packages include: a dance floor, 5 hours of event time, custom floor plan, getting-ready suite, in-house tables and chairs, event staff and security, covered terrace with high top table, and 1 hour of complimentary rehearsal on Tuesdays through Thursdays until 6pm.
They also offer three reception only packages ranging from $5,000-$7,000. These packages will also be decided based on your guest count. These packages include: dance floor, 4 hours of event time, custom floor plan, event staff, tables and chairs, getting-ready suite, and covered terrace with high top tables.
Please note they add a fee to all contracts for set up, breakdown, and housekeeping during your wedding. The fee will depend on how many suites you use ($200-$400).
