When they say all-inclusive, they really mean it! With event planning, rentals, in-house bar, catering, audio equipment, dance floor, chiavari chairs, tables, furniture, and linens, The Tampa Club will provide you with everything you need to make your vision come to life.
The in-house bar and catering does come with options. The Tampa Club offers hors d’oeuvres and plated meals, along with servers. For the drinks, you will be able to choose linens, cash or open bar, a champagne toast, signature drinks, house wine, beer, liquor, and specialty beer.
The Tampa Club offers multiple spaces to choose from: the channel view room, the canopy ballroom, the View42 Restaurant, the outdoor terrace, and the lounge. All spaces are able to accommodate up to 140 seated guests, and 270 standing guests. They also have a getting-ready suite, which will be the perfect place for you or your partner to get ready for the day.
Wedding ceremonies at The Tampa Club are $2,000 for members, and $2,500 for non-members. Renting the space for a 5 hour reception is $3,000 for non-members, and $2,500 for members, and includes access to the cocktail hour space as well as the terrace with amazing views. A day-of-coordinator is required for both of these options.
If you choose to bundle the rental for the ceremony and reception spaces, the pricing for the rentals is $4,000 for non-members, and $3,500 for members, and a day-of-coordinator is included with this option.
The Tampa Club has a variety of offerings on their menu for the dinner you will serve to your guests. Prices start at $150 per person with one entrée, and can range up to $200 per person with four choices for entrees. Every menu option includes 5 hours of bar for your guests to enjoy!
