City View Loft | Chicago, Illinois Wedding Venue

Updated: Mar 20, 2023

I am a sucker for a great view and City View Loft in Chicago Illinois has an amazing one! Windows wrap around this second floor venue so you’ll have beautiful skyline views of downtown Chicago. Day or night, the views are astounding. During the day you will have great natural lighting and an almost prettier view as the sun sets. The skyscrapers glow in the night. It truly looks magical.

The brick walls, 13-foot timber ceilings, exposed metal beams, and open floor plan for a variety of concepts make this urban venue perfect for any personalizations a couple may want. It is a space you can truly make your own and create your perfect day.

The City View Loft has a capacity of 150 seated or standing guests, custom chandeliers, a handcrafted bar, elevator access, and is handicap accessible. They also have chiavari chairs, reclaimed wood tables, an antique podium, wifi, edison cafe lights, three reserved parking spots, and a getting-ready suite. The rental fee also includes an on-site coordinator from the venue to ensure everything runs smoothly.

They have a carefully crafted list of highly recommended vendors, from florals to lighting, for you to use when you book to help make your event stress-free. While City View Loft is “bring-your-own-alcohol” friendly, they do have an in-house caterer.

LM Catering will handle all of your food needs when you book with City View Loft. There is a 100 guest minimum for catering and the packages include china, glassware, and labor. This does not include the bar package.

The rental fee for City View Loft varies between $3,000 to $6,500 depending on day of the week and time of year. For more information, please visit their website. We try to keep these blog posts as up to date as possible, the pricing for the venue can change at any time at the venue’s discretion.
