Abe & Jake's Landing | Lawrence, Kansas

Maybe it’s the rain outside my window or the exposed industrial beams of Abe & Jake’s Landing, or both, but something speaks Twilight vibes to me about this venue. Located in Downtown Lawrence, Kansas, Abe & Jake’s Landing is a wonderfully quirky venue with clear views to the Kansas River. The scenery is magnified by the 15’ floor to ceiling windows in its Main Banquet Hall. With 14,000 sq. ft. of space, it's no wonder that there is plenty of room for a large main stage and dance floor that can easily double as a ceremony and venue location.

Abe &Jake’s Landing boasts two full custom bars and both a West and East Bridal Suite. The West Bridal Suite is notable for its full-length mirrors and is large enough for 20 people. The East Bridal Suite, much like the West, can fit 20 people and includes a flat screen T.V. and dart board.

This venue also offers various other rentals such as: linens, glassware, chandeliers, head table chairs, and more. Below are the spaces within Abe and Jake’s that are available for rental.

Main Banquet Hall

14,000 sq. ft. of space and can seat up 450 guests (600+ if standing). Rental of the Main Banquet Hall also includes access to the Mid-Level Mezzanine.

Mid-Level Mezzanine

This rental overlooks the Main Banquet Hall and can seat between 50-60 guests (it’s also my favorite because it has a bunch of little shops that remind me of when I visited Disney World).

Abe & Jake’s Pub

Includes a private bar, fire place, and a small stage. Can seat between 60-75 guests.

Riverside Room

Located on the balcony of Abe and Jake’s Landing and also overlooks the Main Banquet Hall. Seats between 25 - 30 guests.
